Meet Matthew Holland, Revenue Operations Associate. Matthew is a Revenue Ops jedi who wields force-level skills when it comes to billing, pricing and payment matters. A valued team player and essential part of the THM family, Matt plans to continue expanding his knowledge and expertise while playing an integral part in THM’s ongoing growth and success.
What gets you out of bed in the morning?
Wanting to be the best version of myself and to provide for my family.
What does a typical day look like for you and what are you currently working on?
I don’t know if there is a “typical” day at THM because there are a lot of unique projects I get involved in. I would say that most days, in addition to the day to day, I spend time supporting and influencing the requirements used to build and enhance our new platform.
What made you excited to join the THM team?
I’ve always thought I had more to offer a company than just being another drone, and THM being a startup presented that opportunity.
When was the last time you laughed so hard you cried?
This is pretty much a weekly occurrence. My girlfriend and I make each other laugh A LOT.
If you could have any super power, which one would it be?
Being such a nerd for super heroes etc, this might be the hardest question. Does “The Force” count?
What is on your wish list for your next five years here at THM?
I hope to continue expanding my knowledge and expertise, obtain a leadership position and help my department and the company overall, grow.
